Arrive early, settle into your accommodations, explore the campground, relax, and enjoy quiet reading time.
5:45 PM — VIP Welcome
Meet your fellow retreat guests and officially step into Your Next Chapter.
6:15 PM — Intimate Welcome Dinner
Enjoy a special dinner designed for conversation, connection, and getting to know the women sharing the weekend with you.
7:45 PM — “Before I Let Go” Bonfire
A cozy evening around the fire inspired by themes of release, renewal, and new beginnings.
8:30 PM — Romance Under the Stars
Enjoy an outdoor romance movie surrounded by blankets, cozy seating, and twinkle lights. Indoor movie viewing will be available in the event of inclement weather.
* Throughout Movie Night — Movie-Night Refreshments Will Be Offered
11:00 PM — Quiet Hours
Guests return to their accommodations for the evening.

A refreshing, beginner-friendly Pilates experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and start the day feeling centered.
10:30 AM — Before I Let Go Book Discussion
Our featured conversation exploring love, relationships, identity, healing, friendship, second chances, and what it means to choose yourself.
12:00 PM — Lunch & Connection
Enjoy lunch while continuing the conversation with fellow book lovers.
1:00 PM — Creative Experience
Create something meaningful to take home while reflecting on your own next chapter.
2:15 PM — Free Time
Read. Relax. Explore. Journal. Craft. Talk. This time is intentionally yours.
3:15 PM — Women's Empowerment Experience
“The Woman Behind the Role” — a reflective experience centered around identity, self-worth, dreams, boundaries, and making room for yourself.
4:15 PM — Closing Circle: “Your Next Chapter”
Reflect on the weekend, share what you're taking with you, and set an intention for the chapter ahead.
5:00 PM — Farewell & Group Photos
Capture memories from the retreat before heading home.
