CampHer Food Vendor Registration – $150
Serve your signature dishes at CampHer, the ultimate women's camping festival featuring live entertainment, workshops, outdoor adventures, and shopping.
Your Food Vendor Registration includes:
• Designated food vendor space during the event
• Access to the attendees throughout the event
• Promotion opportunities through CampHer marketing channels
• A unique affiliate ticket link that allows you to earn 15% commission on every CampHer ticket sold through your link
Food Vendor Requirements:
• All food vendors must submit their proposed menu for approval before being accepted AND PAYING FOR A VENDOR SPOT. Please email office@gandrcampground.com.
• To ensure a variety of food offerings, duplicate or substantially similar menu items may be limited or not be permitted.
• Vendors must obtain and maintain all required licenses, permits, certifications, and health department approvals required by state and local law.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, supplies, serving materials, and staffing.
• Vendors must maintain a clean and sanitary workspace throughout the event and properly dispose of all trash and food waste.
• Proof of liability insurance may be required prior to the event.
After purchasing your food vendor space, please email office@gandrcampground.com with the following:
• Business Name
• Contact Name and Phone Number
• Social Media Pages and/or Website
• Proposed Menu
• Copies of applicable licenses, permits, and insurance (if requested)
Food vendor participation is subject to menu review, space availability, and approval by CampHer organizers. Please only register if you’ve received email approval.
